ENM Mentoring
In 2018, we started the ENM Music Program (ENM-MP) for kids. The goal was to lay a Godly music foundation for kids, teaching them to sight read and sight play in a Godly environment, then release them to influence other kids in their schools and neighborhoods. In the music program we discovered some serious moral behavior gaps among the kids, so we introduced a mentoring program called “The Board Meeting” to address the moral gaps. The board meetings were held like a real board meeting in a proper boardroom setting in the executive boardroom in my office.
Being in the music program qualifies each kid to be a board member but retaining a seat as a board member must be earned. The criteria for retaining a seat was simple, “performance report from home and / or school on each kids moral behavior for the week based on the board resolutions during the last board meeting”.
It was an exciting, reward-based and very disciplined board meeting. We had rules that we followed. We had agenda, we had serious brainstorming sessions on moral issues, we had negotiations, we had performance reports, we had performance defense sessions, we had reviews, we had board resolutions. There were positions for officers of the board meeting that must be earned by board vote. Officers can be voted out anytime based on our rules. Kids looked forward to the next board meeting.
The reports and testimonials was amazing. Parents started calling in and visiting to find out exactly what we were doing at the board meeting that was causing such a positive moral transformation in life of their kids. So we involved the parents too.
The program was suspended due to Covid-19, but has now been rejigged to benefit a wider range of kids. I believed then as I do now that it’s time to focus on the next generation of kids and mold them into a generation of moral brand builders and dreamers that will heal the world and make it a better place for all. Registration for 2021/22 cohort of the ENMM program for kids is now open.
The target age group is 05-10 years old, but if the kid is exceptional and outside of those parameters, the kid will be considered. Each kid in the program will have a seat in the boardroom, (depending on the type of mentoring program the kid enrolled in). Parents of the kids and the kids will have direct access to me and / or the ENM mentors. It will be an exclusive consultation, offering 360 degree kids mentoring. We will discuss morals, school, life, relationships, money, and everything else that makes up the human existence. All questions are welcome. We will create symmetry as I share very practical strategies for raising Godly kids and creating moral brands from my wealth of experience. We will leverage each kid”s potential.
The kid don’t need to be in Nigeria to participate in the program. While face-to-face board meetings may be held in Lagos for now, online board meeting sessions are possible for each participant.

Kindly note that the mentoring programme attracts a commitment of free will donations to Emeka Nwokolo Ministries for selected kids. This is to separate the serious parents from the eventful. We will only select kids whose parents place value on the programme.
